MAINTAINING PROFESSIONALISM

A skilled and professional personnel continues to be the most important resource for an engineering company. At Ylimäki & Tinkanen we have always had a special consideration for maintaining our personnel’s professionalism and offering regular and continuous professional training.

Each year we prepare a training schedule where we set aims and goals for the coming year’s training.
Continuous training aims at maintaining and increasing our personnel’s level of professionalism as a whole. We offer individuals a chance to qualify in their favoured sector of engineering through special training, up to an AA qualified engineer.

Structural engineering is going through a transitional stage as 2D designing is giving way to Building Information Modeling. We are keenly aware of this development, and as a result we have trained our personnel especially in 3D calculating and 3D modeling systems.
